Yes, our company is fully insured, licensed, and bonded. This means that we operate legally, follow industry standards, and provide protection for both our clients and employees. Our insurance covers any potential damages, and our bonding ensures financial protection in case of unexpected situations.
Not necessarily. You can leave the door open, place the key in a secure location, or provide us with your door code so we can get in the house. We also suggest, if you prefer using a key, that we make a copy and store it in a lockbox near or outside your residence. The lockbox code will be shared only with our team, allowing them to access the key for cleaning and return it to the lockbox once the service is completed.
Our company understands that unforeseen situations happen, and occasionally you may need to cancel a cleaning service. For this reason, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. We created this policy to better serve all our customers. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from scheduling a cleaning service. Therefore, if we do not receive a call or text at least 48 hours in advance, or at least 24 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be applied, as we need to compensate our employees.
An invoice will be sent after each cleaning, so you can make the payment once the service is completed. However, if you prefer to pay before the team finishes, it’s up to you.
